To order your new moped from Pacific Mopeds click on the modelofyour choice and you will see the different color options and accessories add your choice to your shopping basket and continue from there. The system takes you through the order and payment process, color and accessory choices are available to you. If you are unsure as to which moped would best suit your needs feel free to contact us and one of our sale's team members will be happy to answer all of your questions. Order Cancellation
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. ALL cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations will only be accepted, if the order has not been shipped. To Cancel an order, please call a Customer Service Representative by phone and remember to request an order cancellation confirmation code. If you decide to cancel the order after it has been shipped and within the Pacific Mopeds 7 day Money Back Guarantee (See requirements) YOU will be responsible for the return freight charges. Please allow 7 business days for your refund.

Pacific Mopeds 7 Day Return Policy:
If you are in any way not satisfied with your Moped within 7 days of receiving your moped, you may return it for a full refund (less the $50 administration fee). The moped must be returned in the same condition that it was received. The MOPED MUST be return shipped (at the customer's cost) in the original packaging and container. Merchandise is NOT eligible for this refund if ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must be returned complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items) and accompanied by a Return Authorization Code. All returns must be pre-authorized by Pacific Mopeds LLC. To receive a return authorization code please contact a Customer Service Representative. Write the Return Code on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. Refunds will not be given if the reason for return is unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of your scooter in your area before you order.

Moped Factory Warranty
Pacific Mopeds LLC offers a manufacturer's 1 year / 6,000 mile factory warranty on engine parts, including the crankcase, cylinder, bearing, camshaft comp and valve. Additionally we have arranged for a factory warranty on the front fork, motor starter, moped frame and clutch. A copy of the full warranty details is included with each moped, please study this carefully. Warranty work will not be authorized if damage has occurred after 6,000 miles or 1year from date of purchase and/or lack of owner's manual required maintenance and/or unauthorized repairs and replacement of unauthorized parts or use of Non-Factory Specified Oil. In addition to the warranty items we carry a large supply of competitively priced spare parts for your moped.
